DhaagaDori is a brand owned by Founded Thoughts. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you shop, sign in, or write to us, and why we keep it.

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, email, and delivery address. We also keep the pieces in the order, the amount paid, and the tracking number.

If you create an account, we store that same profile so you can see your orders again. A photo you add to your profile is saved with your account.

The bag on this device is kept in your browser until you check out or clear it. Signing in also keeps a session on this device so you stay signed in.

If you join the note about new drops, we keep the email address you typed. If you write a review, we keep the words and any photos you attach, with your name.

We use these details to make and pack your order, take payment, and send the parcel. We use your phone or email if we need to ask about an address, a colour, or a piece that arrives damaged.

We use your email for the new-drop note only if you asked for it. We do not send a daily mail.

We look at orders in total — which pieces leave the studio, which colours run out — so we can plan the next batch. That look does not need your name.

Cards, UPI, netbanking, and cash on delivery are handled by the payment service we use at checkout. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN on this site.

We do keep the result of the payment — paid, pending, or refunded — next to the order, so we know when to ship.

Your name, phone, and address go to the courier so the parcel can reach you. Payment details go to the payment service. A profile photo is stored in our file store so it can show on your account.

We do not sell your name, phone, email, or address. We do not hand them to advertisers.

We keep an order for as long as we need it for delivery, a refund, or our accounts. You can ask us to close your account. We will remove the profile, and we will keep only the order record the law asks us to hold.
