Shipping & Delivery

DhaagaDori is a brand owned by Founded Thoughts. We ship hand-crocheted pieces from our studio in India to addresses across the country.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 2–3 working days after the order is confirmed.

Made-to-order pieces take 5–10 days to make, then shipping. Bouquet blankets take about 2–3 weeks because they are made from the start for that order.

We will write to you if a piece will take longer than the range above.

Once a parcel is with the courier, most addresses in India receive it in 3–5 working days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Delivery windows can move with courier delays, weather, or local holidays. Tracking is the best place to see the latest status.

Shipping is free when your order value meets the free-shipping threshold set in the shop (shown at checkout).

Below that amount, the shipping option you pick at checkout is the cost you pay.

A tracking ID is added once the parcel is handed to the courier. You can follow it from Track Order on the site, or from the link in your order email.

Guest orders can be tracked with the tracking ID from the confirmation email. Signed-in customers can also open the order from their account.

Please check name, phone, and pin code before you place the order. If the courier cannot reach you, they may try again or return the parcel to us.

Extra shipping for a re-dispatch after a failed delivery may be charged if the address was incomplete or unreachable.
