DhaagaDori is a brand owned by Founded Thoughts. These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed on this website.

DhaagaDori sells hand-crocheted pieces made in small batches in India. Prices on the site are in rupees and include the piece as it is shown. A colourway is mixed once. When the yarn runs out, that mix is not repeated.

Because the work is done by hand, a stitch, a lean, or a shade can differ slightly from the photograph. That is part of the piece, not a fault.

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds, or when you choose cash on delivery and we accept the order. We may decline an order if a piece is no longer in stock, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if the payment does not clear.

You can pay by UPI, cards, netbanking, or cash on delivery where that option is shown at checkout.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 2–3 days and usually reach you in 3–5 days after that. Made-to-order pieces take 5–10 days to make, plus shipping. Bouquet blankets take 2–3 weeks, because they are made from the start for that order.

Shipping is free when your order meets the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Below that, the shipping cost shown at checkout is the cost you pay.

A tracking number is added to the order once the parcel is handed to the courier. Times can move if the courier is delayed. We will tell you if a piece will take longer than the range above.

If a piece arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong one, write to us with a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Because these are made by hand and often made to order, we do not take returns for a change of mind, unless we agree to it in writing before you send the piece back.

A custom colour or a wedding batch is quoted before we start. Most custom pieces take 2–4 weeks. A bulk order is confirmed only after we send the quote and you accept it.

Once yarn is bought and the work has started, that part of a custom or bulk order cannot be cancelled. We will say so in the quote.

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Orders placed from your account are treated as yours. You can update your name, phone, address, and profile photo from the account pages.

Photographs, words, and the DhaagaDori name on this site belong to Founded Thoughts. Please do not copy them for another shop.
